• should not have the luxury features indicated in the Ministerial Decree 2 August 1969 , in "Official Gazette" 218 of 27/08/1969, while the category is not relevant register;

• l'immobile può essere ubicato in qualsiasi Comune del territorio italiano se l'acquirente è cittadino italiano residente all'estero (iscritto all'Aire);
• per fruire delle agevolazioni prima casa non è necessario che l'immobile acquistato sia destinato ad abitazione propria e/o dei familiari, so much so that the facilities can be purchased with "first home" even rented a house or rent after purchase (Circular No. 19 / E, 1 March 2001 and 1 / E, March 2, 1994).

The buyer, or buyers, must declare the act of sale:
