From 1 July 2010 to present the ACE is now mandatory in the case of leases, leasing and rental company, which consists of a single unit or multi-unit housing estate . The certificate must be delivered in original or certified copy to the tenant by the landlord, both in the case of a new contract in the event of renewal (whether espresso o tacito).
E’ prevista una sanzione amministrativa da € 2.500,00 a 10.000,00 per il locatore che non ottempera all’obbligo di consegna dell’ACE al locatario.
