Il Decreto Legge recante “Misure urgenti in materia di stabilizzazione finanziaria e di competitività economica” introduce, Article .19, No 14, new cases of nullity of deeds relating to the matter of transfer of real estate.
The Decree obliges to indicate, in deeds as well as the identification register, a reference to plans deposited in the Land Registry and the statement (made by the nominee) in accordance with the state of data and cadastral plans.
It is stressed that the invalidity, in addition to being the most severe sanctions regulated directions, can be invoked at any time by anyone who is interested.
For leases there is a major innovation, namely the obligation to indicate in the contract cadastral data of buildings.
