One year, 365 days, 4 seasons ... and much more to do. Among many
rubble to be removed, there are also many flowers, small gestures that give hope for rebirth of new life. This
my small and simple cream, white as a dove, is accompanying the fabulous Dove Sisters of Nurzia .
Dove Cream Soft
8 egg whites 500 grams of ricotta
200 grams of powdered sugar
Beat the egg whites until stiff hard with half the sugar. In a bowl mix the ricotta with the remaining sugar and add the egg whites gently.
Serve on a slice of a dove.
